A personalised health assessment is an opportunity to pause, discuss your wellbeing goals and consider practical next steps. This guide explains how to prepare and what to expect during an appointment.

What to Expect from Your Personalised Health Assessment

Before your appointment

Think about the areas of wellbeing you would like to discuss. You may find it helpful to note changes in energy, sleep, digestion, stress, activity, eating habits or general wellbeing, together with when you first noticed them.

Bring a list of any relevant information you are comfortable sharing, including current medicines, supplements, recent test results and questions you would like to ask. Do not stop or change prescribed treatment without speaking to your healthcare professional.

During the assessment

My health assessments are designed to look beyond individual symptoms and build a broader picture of what may be influencing your health. Depending on your individual needs, the assessment may incorporate Live and Dry Blood Analysis, Iridology, Nailfold Capillaroscopy and point-of-care Biomarker Testing, alongside a detailed discussion of your health, nutrition and lifestyle. By bringing these different insights together, I aim to identify patterns, areas that may benefit from further investigation, and practical opportunities to support your health. The focus is not simply on what you are experiencing, but on looking deeper to better understand the bigger picture.

You will have time to ask questions and clarify what the information means. We aim to communicate clearly and respectfully, without rushing you into decisions.

After your appointment

You may receive practical suggestions relating to nutrition, routines and lifestyle. These are intended as educational wellbeing guidance and should be considered alongside regular medical care when needed. Within 5-7 days, you will receive a comprehensive report explaining observations and recommendations moving forward.

Questions to bring with you

  • What would you most like to understand about your wellbeing?

  • Which everyday habits would you like support with?

  • What would make your next steps feel realistic and manageable?

  • Are there any points you would like explained in more detail?

A supportive, educational approach

Every person’s circumstances are different. A personalised assessment creates space for conversation, observation, and practical education. It is not a medical diagnosis or a replacement for care from your GP or another qualified healthcare professional.
